Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Money Counter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License Scope

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Money Counter on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, rent, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app, except where permitted by applicable law.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Money Counter offers optional Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases:

• Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Weekly and Annual subscription options renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions may include an initial free trial where indicated. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation or upon conclusion of any applicable trial.

• Cancellation & Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time on your iOS device by navigating to: iPhone Settings → Apple ID (your name at the top) → Subscriptions → Money Counter.

• Lifetime Purchase: The Premium Lifetime option is a one-time, non-recurring purchase granting indefinite access to Premium features without recurring subscription charges.

• Refunds: All payment processing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple according to App Store policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

4. User Responsibilities & Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Money Counter is a physical cash counting and record-keeping tool. It does not provide banking, bookkeeping, tax, or financial advisory services.

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all counts, calculations, and exported reports before relying on them for commercial, accounting, tax, or legal purposes. Local records may be lost if you remove the app without an iCloud or manual backup.

5. Third-Party Services

Money Counter utilizes third-party infrastructure including Apple StoreKit (purchases), Apple CloudKit (optional iCloud sync), Google Firebase (analytics and crash diagnostics), and Superwall (paywall presentation). Availability is subject to the operating status of these respective providers.

6. Intellectual Property

Money Counter, including its software, visual designs, interfaces, icons, graphics, and text, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Money Counter is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied.

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, revenue, or business, arising out of your use of or inability to use the application.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the application after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
