1. Data Storage & Account-Free Architecture

Money Counter operates without requiring account registration or login. All cash counts, denomination quantities, balances, custom denominations, transaction notes, and account names are stored locally on your device.

We do not maintain user accounts on private servers, and your financial entries remain entirely under your personal control.

2. Optional iCloud Synchronization

If you enable iCloud sync, your records are synchronized across your Apple devices using Apple CloudKit. Data is stored strictly in your private iCloud database associated with your personal Apple ID.

The developer has no access to your iCloud credentials, your private CloudKit database, or any cash records and calculations stored within it.

3. Usage Analytics & Google Firebase

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand aggregated product usage, using a random app-instance identifier that is not linked to your name or contact details, and improve core user experiences. Collected events include app lifecycle interactions, onboarding completion, count milestones (such as completing the 1st or subsequent counts), opening paywalls, and in-app purchase outcomes.

These analytics events strictly do not contain your counted amounts, balances, custom denominations, transaction notes, or other financial records.

Firebase Analytics includes Google's on-device conversion measurement components to evaluate advertising performance and acquisition channels in an aggregated manner without identifying individual users.

4. Crash Diagnostics & Firebase Crashlytics

We integrate Firebase Crashlytics to monitor application stability and resolve software crashes. When a crash occurs, anonymous technical diagnostics—including stack traces, device model, operating system version, and application runtime state—are collected.

Crash reports do not include your cash records, notes, account balances, or personal identification.

5. Paywall Presentation & Superwall

Money Counter integrates Superwall to manage, configure, and present paywall screens. Superwall processes limited technical and usage information, such as device model, OS version, locale, and anonymous paywall view and conversion events.

This information is used exclusively to display paywall layouts and evaluate subscription presentation performance.

6. In-App Purchases & Apple App Store

All financial transactions, subscriptions, and purchases are processed directly by Apple through StoreKit. The developer does not collect, receive, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or payment credentials.

Subscriptions and purchases are linked to your Apple Account, and purchase restoration or subscription management is handled through Apple's secure infrastructure.

7. No Advertising & No Tracking

Money Counter does not display third-party advertisements, does not sell or rent your personal information to data brokers, and does not track your activity across apps or websites owned by third-party companies.

8. Website Infrastructure & Hosting

This landing website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Standard edge network technical logs (such as request timing and client network addresses) may be processed transiently to secure infrastructure and mitigate attacks.

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party behavioral profiling tools.

9. Children's Privacy

Money Counter is a general-purpose utility not directed toward children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product improvements, new operating system capabilities, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
